At Hon Foods, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently across the UAE.

Free Delivery

  • Free delivery on all orders above AED 99.00 across the UAE.
  • Orders below AED 99.00 may be subject to a delivery charge, which will be displayed during checkout.

Business Days

  • Business days are Monday through Saturday.
  • Sundays and public holidays are considered non-business days.

Same-Day Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10:00 AM UAE time.
  • Same-day delivery applies only within Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi city limit areas.

Next-Day Delivery

  • Orders placed after the 10:00 AM cut-off time will be processed for next business day delivery.
  • Locations outside Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi city limits may require additional transit time.

Remote Area Deliveries

  • Deliveries to remote locations may require an additional 2–3 business days.

Delivery Timing

  • Delivery time estimates do not include public holidays, weekends, or non-business days.
  • Delivery schedules may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on public holidays or non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

PO Box Policy

Hon Foods does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Customers are required to provide a valid physical delivery address and contact number.

Delivery Refusal Policy

If a customer refuses delivery after shipment has been dispatched for reasons not related to product damage or shipping error, applicable courier and handling charges will be charged to the customer.

Damaged Package Policy

  • Customers must inspect their package upon delivery.
  • Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24–48 hours from the time of delivery.
  • Claims received after this period may not be eligible for review or replacement.

Delivery Attempts

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or customer unavailability.

Order Tracking

Customers will receive delivery and order updates once their shipment has been processed.
