At Hon Foods, customer satisfaction and product safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we follow strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards. As a result, food products are generally not eligible for return or refund once they have been delivered and accepted.

General Return Policy

• Food products and consumable items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered and accepted by the customer due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons.

Eligible Cases for Refund, Replacement, or Store Credit

Customers may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit under the following circumstances:

• The product was damaged during delivery.
• The product received does not match the description or listed contents on our website.
• The product is expired or has an incorrect expiry date.
• The product shows signs of contamination, leakage, tampering, or quality defects.
• An incorrect product was shipped by Hon Foods.
• The package was significantly damaged during transit, affecting the quality or usability of the product.

Reporting Time

• Any issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
• Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Claim Requirements

To process your request, please provide the following information:

• Order number
• Product name
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs of:
  • Product packaging
  • Batch number and expiry date
  • Damaged or affected product
  • Shipping package (if damaged)

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• The product has been opened, consumed, or partially used.
• The customer changes their mind after purchase.
• The product's taste, flavor, texture, or personal preference does not meet expectations.
• An incorrect shipping address or contact details were provided by the customer.
• The product was damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
• The customer refused delivery after dispatch for reasons unrelated to product defects or shipping errors.
• Applicable courier or return shipping charges may be deducted where applicable.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, wherever possible.
• Refunds may take approximately 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
• Hon Foods reserves the right to review, investigate, and approve or reject any claim based on the submitted evidence and product inspection findings.
